Guides point to official sources: federal and provincial government pages, dealer regulators, and consumer agencies. Where a figure changes often (interest rates, fees, incentives, premiums) we describe how it works instead of quoting a number that would go stale, and we link to the body that publishes the current value.

Accuracy and updates

Each guide shows its last update date. If you spot an error or an outdated rule, tell us through the contact details on the about page and we will review it.

Independence

We do not sell vehicles, loans or insurance, and no dealer or lender decides what a guide says. Third-party names appear only to explain how something works.
